Application Effect of Standardized Perineal Massage Combined with Birthing Ball Exercise in the Second Stage of Labor in Spontaneous Delivery of Primipara

Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of standardized perineum massage combined with birthing ball exercise in natural childbirth of primipara during the second stage of labor.Methods:84 primiparas who delivered in the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine methods for delivery,while the observation group received standardized perineal massage combined with birthing ball movement for assisted delivery in the second stage of labor.The degree of perineal tear,perineal pain,various production indicators,and post care satisfaction of two groups of postpartum women in the second stage of labor were compared.Results:The incidence of perineal tear in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The degree of perineal pain in the second stage of labor in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The various production indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Standardized perineum massage combined with birthing ball exercise in the second stage of labor of primipara natural childbirth has important value in promoting the delivery of the second stage of labor,and is worth promoting.关键词
