角色标准化递进护理模式在高龄初产妇无痛分娩中的应用
Application of Role Standardized Progressive Nursing Model in Painless Delivery of Elderly Primipara

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of role standardized progressive nursing model in painless labor nursing of elderly primipara.Methods:From February 2022 to February 2023,82 elderly primiparas were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received role standardized progressive nursing on the basis of the control group.The score of delivery efficiency,postpartum depression and health behavior compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The efficacy score,expected efficacy score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postpartum depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of health behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The role standardized progressive nursing model has a good effect in the painless labor nursing of elderly primipara,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
