Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized application of dignity therapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods:84 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to gynecology in a Grade A hospital in Hunan province were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the research group implemented dignity therapy.The Chinese version of the patient dignity scale and the hospital anxiety and depression scale were used to compare the self-esteem level and psychological status before and after the intervention.Results:Before the intervention,the difference of dignity level between the control group and the study group was not statistically significant(P＞0.05),the difference of anxiety and depression score between the control group and study group was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after the intervention,the dignity level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the anxiety and depression score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of dignity therapy to advanced cervical cancer patients can effectively improve the dignity level and life quality level,and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
