Effect of Standardized Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery on Oxidative Stress and Early Postoperative Rehabilitation in Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Radical Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized accelerated rehabilitation surgery on oxidative stress and rehabilitation in elderly patients after radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:140 elderly patients who underwent radical resection for single colorectal cancer in the Department of Oncology of the Anqing First People's Hospital affi liated to Anhui Medical University from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group before surgery,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment during the surgical treatment,and the experimental group received standardized accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The oxidative stress state and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain scores of the experimental group at 4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the oxidative stress state 24 hours after operation,malondialdehyde and oxygen free radical in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized accelerated rehabilitation surgery during radical resection of colorectal cancer in elderly patients can significantly reduce postoperative pain,increase postoperative oxidative stress and promote rapid recovery of patients.关键词
