Impact of Standardized Nursing on Patients with Respiratory Failure Caused by Pulmonary Heart Disease Undergoing Non-invasive Ventilator Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of standardized nursing service model on blood gas indexes and basic signs of patients with pulmonary heart disease respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2023,30 patients with pulmonary heart disease respiratory failure who received non-invasive ventilator treatment in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random grouping method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received standardized nursing,and the blood gas indexes and basic signs were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood gas indexes and basic signs of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator,the application of standardized nursing model can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,improve their blood gas indexes and basic signs,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
