普外科急腹症中应用整体规范化护理的临床效果观察
Clinical Observation of the Application of Comprehensive Standardized Nursing in Emergency Abdominal Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of integrated standardized nursing in acute abdomen in general surgery department.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the general surgery department of the hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,the study group adopted the overall standardized nursing mode,and the recovery of clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:The operation time,postoperative pain time,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,antibiotic use time and hospital stay of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group.The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.00％,which was higher than 80.00％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic standardized nursing model can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and overall nursing quality score of patients with acute abdomen,significantly reduce the probability of adverse events,optimize and improve the means and quality of nursing services,and have significant clinical effect.关键词
