Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Standardized Nursing Diagnosis in Postoperative Patients with Gallstones

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized nursing diagnosis in postoperative patients with gallstones.Methods:A total of 70 patients who underwent cholecystolithiasis surgery from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)after admission.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received standardized nursing.The effectiveness of the intervention was compared.Results:The intervention effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the vas score after intervention of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The postoperative patients'self-awareness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The above indicators were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The difference in VAS scores before intervention was not significant,and the comparison was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Implementing standardized nursing diagnosis for patients with gallstones after surgery plays an important role,which can improve clinical nursing quality,improve the life quality of patients,and reduce the patients'pain value.关键词
