农林高校学科交叉发展的现实困境与创新路径探析
Analysis of the Practical Dilemma and Innovation Path of Interdisciplinary Development in Agriculture and Forestry Universities
摘要
Abstract
Interdisciplinary development has emerged as a pivotal element in creating world-class universities.As distinctive universities in China,agricultural and forestry universities share the responsibility of fostering such development and nurturing emerging interdisciplinary fields within the agricultural and forestry sectors.Facilitating interdisciplinary growth not only expands the developmental scope of traditional disciplines,cultivates new disciplines,and enhances the high-quality advancement of agricultural and forestry universities,but also enables these universities to continually achieve significant scientific research breakthroughs and further national strategic development.However,current interdisciplinary development efforts in agricultural and forestry universities face practical challenges,including the need to improve the organizational model for such development,break through ideological constraints,expand the talent team's support,and optimize the evaluation system.To address these challenges,this paper proposes an innovative path for interdisciplinary development in agricultural and forestry universities by improving organizational models,overcoming ideological bottlenecks,expanding talent team support,and optimizing evaluation systems.关键词
