Construction and Effectiveness of the Integrated Training Mode of Applied Talents Under the Background of the Emerging Agricultural Education

Abstract
Promoting the integration of industry and education and implementing collaborative education is a critical step for universities to reform talent training models and enhance the quality of talent training.It is also an urgent need for applied talents of agriculture-related majors in the context of modern agricultural science.Given the current state of production-education integration for agricultural application talents in local agricultural colleges and universities in China,a new model called"three integrations and three outs"has been proposed.This model entails creating a community of consultation,joint construction,and sharing between schools,research institutes,and modern agriculture-related enterprises.This approach holds significant promise in integrating and optimizing educational resources both inside and outside the school,innovating the school's operating mechanism and training model,and enhancing the quality of agricultural application talent training.关键词
