Countermeasures of High-quality Development of Animal Husbandry Insurance under the Major Disaster Risks

Abstract
The stable development of animal husbandry is an important basis for ensuring China's food safety and promoting rural revitalization.Under the frequent occurrence of major disasters,animal husbandry insurance plays an important role in the sustainable development of industry as a stabilizer to slow down the impact of major disasters in animal husbandry.Firstly,this research divided the development and evolution of animal husbandry insurance into stages of initial stage,slow development,rapid development,high-quality development,and the insurance prevention measures for major disaster risks in different stages were reviewed.Secondly,taking Hebei province as an example,the types,premium payment and risk sharing methods of animal husbandry insurance in Hebei province were analyzed,it was concluded that under major disaster risks,animal husbandry insurance in Hebei province has low policy-based insurance coverage,weak insurance intention and weak insurance awareness of farmers,underdevelopment catastrophe risk-sharing system and so on.Finally,some countermeasures were put forward,such as setting up the characteristic product insurance,improving the risk prevention awareness of livestock farmers,and implementing the diversification mechanism of major disaster risk,which can provide some ideas for improving China's livestock insurance system and promoting the high-quality development of animal husbandry insurance.关键词
