A Summary of Agricultural Insurance Development in Xinjiang and the Thinking of Its Future Development Direction

Abstract
The guidance and promotion of the central and local governments in Xinjiang and the endogenous driving force of the market have led to the rapid growth of the scale,insurance depth and insurance density of the agricultural insurance market in Xinjiang,which has been in the forefront of the country in recent years.It has played an important role in serving the agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Xinjiang,but there are many difficult problems in the development of agricultural insurance in Xinjiang for a long time.On the basis of systematically combing the relevant literature on agricultural insurance in Xinjiang in recent years,the difficulties encountered in this field were summarized,including the complexity and diversity of influencing factors of agricultural insurance demand in Xinjiang,obvious regional differences,great resistance to market expansion of agricultural insurance innovative products,differences in agricultural insurance in military areas,unique problems in the promotion of agricultural insurance,the operating efficiency of the industry has not reached the best level,and the synergistic effect between the industry development and relevant macroeconomic variables needs to be improved.Based on this,at the government level,the stable and rapid development of agricultural insurance in Xinjiang needs further precision in government subsidies to promote the integrated development of government,enterprise,university and research institute,and to promote the reform and innovation of the"insurance + finance"service system and the innovation of the content and form of rural technical training.At the level of insurance companies,continuous efforts need to be made from three aspects:publicity,product innovation promotion and further optimization of claims settlement procedures.Finally,the future development and research direction of agricultural insurance in Xinjiang were considered.关键词
