中国农业社会化服务水平评价指标体系构建与发展对策
Evaluation Index System of Agricultural Socialized Service Level and Development Countermeasures in China

Abstract
It is important to establish a set of evaluation index system of agricultural socialized service level in line with China's national conditions and apply it to the service level evaluation of agricultural socialized service organizations for standardizing the service content of agricultural socialized service and improving their service ability and service quality.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing existing research,an evaluation index system for the level of agricultural socialized services was established that is in line with China's national conditions,based on the connotation of agricultural socialized services.At the same time,the weight of each evaluation index was calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process.The weight of evaluation indicators for agricultural socialized service level,from top to bottom,is as follows:the area of cultivation,prevention,and control of income,the annual service revenue,the amount of agricultural material supply services,the area of service bases with"Three Products and One Standard",the number of service households,net profit margin,net asset value,new technology application projects(number or area),input-output ratio,number of agricultural machinery,number of service projects undertaken,and agricultural labor productivity,times of farmers participating in training,number of employees,availability of professional information management software,service contract signing rate,operating hours,positive feedback rate,service personnel qualification holding rate,availability of service regulations,and number of training sessions for service personnel.Finally,countermeasures to improve the development of China's agricultural socialized service were put forward.The research results provide important reference for improving the service capacity of agricultural socialized services in China,and have important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting rural revitalization and the early realization of agricultural and rural modernization.关键词
