乡村振兴背景下大学生返乡创业影响因素及对策
Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of College Students Returning to Their Hometown for Employment under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Rural revitalization is an important topic in the new era,and rural development,as a weak link of social development,should be paid attention to both in terms of capital investment and talent introduction.At the same time,the employment issue has been in an important position in the people's livelihood project,at the end of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,planning the feasible path of rural development is of great significance to further promote social development.College students returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship will help college students realize their own life value,stimulate the endogenous impetus of rural governance,and build a new pattern of grassroots social governance.However,they also face such difficulties as negative attitude towards to returning hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,lack of employment and entrepreneurship platform for college students in rural areas,lack of correct employment and entrepreneurship concept for college students,and mismatch between occupation and specialty for college students to return hometown.The development of rural areas cannot be separated from the input of talents,and college students,as the backup force of the development of the Times,should be focused on.Especially,rural college students have obvious advantages in the road of rural development,if they can actively participate in rural construction,they will play a great role in promoting rural revitalization.关键词
