高校教师预聘长聘制适用性实证研究OA
Empirical Study on the Applicability of the Pre-employment and Long-term Employment System for College and University Teachers
我国高校在借鉴国外预聘长聘制度的基础上,结合自身特点,逐步开始实施预聘长聘制.但因为学科专业的特殊性,艺术类高校开展预聘长聘制是否适用,有待有效的分析检验.通过比较实施预聘长聘制对国内 6 所艺术类高校教师的学术成果的影响,可知预聘长聘制对艺术类高校学术成果产出影响显著.这说明,艺术类高校应结合事业发展需要,以立德树人为根本任务,充分发挥好预聘长聘制的指挥棒作用,扬长避短,有效调动教师的积极性.同时,实施预聘长聘制的高校还需关注政策实施对教师的心…查看全部>>
