高校哲学社会科学人才流动的特点、问题及对策
The Characteristics,Problems,and Countermeasures of Talent Flow in Philosophy and Social Sciences in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Philosophy and social science talents are the driving core for achieving economic revitalization and confidence gathering,while colleges and universities,as knowledge gathering places,are important carriers of philosophy and social science talents.However,the loss of philosophy and social science talents in colleges and universities in China and the overall upward flow of high-end philosophy and social science talents have led to uneven distribution of talents.This paper,based on an analysis of the current situation of philosophy and social science talents in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,and combined with a survey on philosophy and social science talents in colleges and universities,social science academies,government agencies,and other scientific research institutions in Heilongjiang Province who are currently employed and have already flowed out,analyzes the reasons,characteristics,willingness,and problems in career development of philosophy and social science talents in Heilongjiang Province,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of ideology,management and policy,in order to promote the development of philosophy and social science talents in colleges and universities in China in the new era.关键词
