Abstract
Klebsiella pneumoniae was one of the important pathogenic microorganisms that caused mastitis in dairy cows.Dairy farms usually used antibiotics for treatment.However,due to the extensive used of antibiotics,the resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to antibiotics was increasingly,which had adversely affects on diseases treatment.Therefore,in order to better cope with mastitis caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae,this paper expounded the biological characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae,especially its growth characteristics,gene coding and species.meanwhile summarized the current harm of Klebsiella pneumoniae,capsular polysaccharide,lipopolysaccharide,adhesion factor,iron carrier and efflux pump,were comprehensively analyzed,and the drug resistance characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae to different antibiotics were summarized.Only by deepening the understanding of Klebsiella pneumoniae can we effectively reduce the incidence of mastitis caused by this pathogen and promote the green and healthy development of dairy farming.关键词
