新农科时代涉农人才乡村就业窘境及"知农爱农为农"培育路径探索
摘要
Abstract
Cultivating new talents of"knowing,loving and serving agriculture"and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the all-round revitalization of villages are the high requirements and historical mission of agriculture-related colleges and departments in the era of New Agricultural Science.Due to the fission of traditional rural life in a high degree of urbanization,cities form a comprehensive"siphon effect"on agricultural science and technology talents,resulting in the dilemma of agricultural talents"learning agriculture and knowing agriculture"but"not serving agriculture".This partly reflects the problems in the cultivation of talents knowing,loving and serving agriculture.In view of this,this paper puts forward four educational dimensions of integrating ideological and political education,practice closely related to agriculture,farming-and-learning education and vocational training,and constructs a new talent training measure of"knowing,loving and serving agriculture"in an all-directional and whole-process dimension,so as to provide talent reserve for rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.关键词
