乡村振兴背景下职业教育赋能人才振兴战略路径探究

Abstract
Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important historical task for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,and it is also an inevitable requirement for realizing the common prosperity of the people;the first resource for economic and social development is human resources,and the key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents;vocational education is closely linked with economic development and social practice,and is the main cradle for shaping technical and skilled talents.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the revitalization of empowered talents in vocational education in the context of rural revitalization,and based on the Marxist scientific view of practice and the theory of"triple helix",this paper puts forward the strategic path of revitalizing the empowered talents of vocational education in the context of rural revitalization,and gives the relevant path realization model from the three elements of government level,school level and enterprise level.Through the combination of theory and practice that gradually infiltrate,learn from and influence each other,we can promote the efficient development of rural talent revitalization and help to promote the orderly implementation of rural revitalization with high quality.关键词
