安化黑茶的调节免疫作用
The Immunomodulatory Effect of Anhua Dark Tea
摘要
Abstract
More than 90％of human diseases are related to immune system dysfunction.As people's lives become in-creasingly separated from the natural environment,work and life pressures increase,environmental pollution aggravates,and the aging society is approaching,the immune system becomes weaker and the number of immune-related diseases increases.Anhua dark tea and its Eurotium cristatum have significant effects on regulating metabolism and maintaining intestinal homeostasis and are increasingly popular among people.Research data at home and abroad show that Anhua dark tea and its functional components(such as tea polysaccharides,organic acids,tea pigments)can inhibit the oc-currence and development of chronic diseases and delay aging by regulating inflammatory immunity,metabolic immunity,intestinal immunity,cancer immunity,and reducing pathogenic microbial infection.关键词
