Abstract
In order to further strengthen the top-level design,the progress of the construction of the happy river and lake was sorted out from the national,basin institutional and local levels.The excellent practices of promoting the construction of the happy river and lake in various regions were summarized,and the existing problems were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward from the aspects of issuing implementation guidelines,optimizing the promotion mode,improving evaluation standards,and expanding the channels of construction management and protection funds.关键词
