摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Review the mechanism of food-induced enteritis caused by plant protein,and the repair effect of prebiotic,probiotics,and functional amino acids on food induced enteritis,in order to provide a reference for the repair of food-induced enteritis in fish.[Method]Taking the anti-nutritional factors contained in plant protein as the starting point,the effects of plant protein sources on fish intestinal mechanical barriers,chemical barriers,biological barriers and immune barriers were respectively explained.The positive effect of functional feed additiveson repair of food-induced fish enteritis were explained from the three different perspectives of prebiotics(oligosaccharides,polysaccharides,acidic agents,etc.),probiotics and functional amino acids,respectively.[Result and Conclusion]Anti-nutritional factors contained in plant proteins can cause damage to intestinal barrier of fish.Functional feed additives such as prebiotics,probiotics,and functional amino acids can alleviate food-induced enteritis.They can maintain fish intestinal health through competitive inhibitory proliferation of pathogenic bacteria,repairing intestinal mucosa structure,reducing inflammatory response and oxidation stress.
