Patterns and Implications of Diversified Development in Vocational Education in Developed Countries
摘要
Abstract
Vocational education in the United States,United Kingdom,Germany,and Japan demonstrates diverse developmental patterns,each with distinctive features.However,they all share common characteristics such as well-established vocational education legislation,diverse educational institutions,varied schooling models,and active participation from enterprises.These characteristics offer beneficial insights for the diversified development of vocational education in China:improving laws and regulations,and implementing policy guarantees for the diversified development of vocational education;expanding education running channels and achieve diversification of vocational education institutions;emphasizing diversity and openness,and innovating diversified vocational education running models;deepening the integrated development of industry and education,and promoting enterprises to actively participate in vocational education.关键词
