摘要

Abstract

The"three all-round education"is an inevitable requirement for vocational colleges in the new era to comprehensively implement the fundamental task of morality education.As a part of the education and teaching organization system of higher vocational colleges,the skills master studio integrates functions such as apprenticeship transmission,skills competition,technology research and development,technical service,and cultural inheritance.It should play an important role in educating students as important force,link,and space in the"all staff,all process,and all aspects"education system.At present,the skills master studio faces practical difficulties in the implementation of"three all-round education"in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient attention,incomplete operating mechanism,and weak awareness and ability of mentors.To enhance the effectiveness of the skills master studio in the"three all-round education"aspect,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design,improve the operational mechanism,and enhance the education level of team.
