Analysis of the Current Situation,Difficulties and Optimization Paths of the Construction of Mixed Ownership Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Starting from the current situation of the construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges,this article summarizes the main types and basic characteristics of implementing mixed ownership transformation in vocational colleges'industrial colleges.The main problems faced in the construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges were analyzed in depth from four aspects:policy support,conceptual understanding,development priorities,and operational management;and compared to the above problems,an optimization path is attempted to provide useful reference for the construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges in vocational colleges.关键词
