Abstract
Strengthening the construction of class teacher studios in vocational schools in the new era has important practical significance in promoting the reform and innovation of moral education in vocational schools.Vocational class teacher studio in the new era undertakes three tasks:adapting to the new era of vocational moral education,building a professional development platform for class teachers,and improving the level ofmoral education work in vocational school.Strengthening the construction of class teacher studios requires not only establishing member development goals from the perspective of teacher professional development theory,but also refining the overall goals of the studio from a practical perspective.The construction of the studio should focus on building a work team,constructing operational systems,exploring radiation carriers,and creating growth models.It should be further promoted along the path of"strengthening overall planning and doing top-level design,forming a growth team and strengthening institutional guarantees,planning for cycle development and establishing digital portraits,adhering to problem orientation and conducting research activities,promoting brand building around key projects".关键词
