Abstract

The cultivation of the labor education concept is the practical application of deepening the education concept of"five education integration"in vocational colleges,and is a key link in promoting the transformation of"comprehensive education"from theoretical system construction to practical system.From the perspective of personal development and social contribution of vocational college students,this paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of cultivating the labor education concept,explores its value implications in promoting the process of"individual socialization"and"social individualization"of students,and constructs a practical path for cultivating labor education concept based on comprehensive training and multiple evaluation systems,which establishes a clear framework for the cultivation of labor skills,labor education concept,and social responsibility among vocational college students and effectively meet the needs of the era of comprehensive education.
