基于瞬态接触的地铁直线轨道波磨特性分析
Characteristics analysis of track corrugation on metro straight line based on transient contact

Abstract
In order to clarify the abnormal corrugation phenomenon on the metro straight track,the occurrence and development characteristics of rail corrugation were studied from the aspect of wheel-rail rolling contact.Firstly,the corrugation characteristics on the measured line were investigated and the three-dimensional wheel-rail rolling contact finite element model was established.Then,the wheel-rail stick-slip characteristics,wheel-rail contact and rail wear features were analyzed in order to understand the evolution process of rail corrugation from the micro transient point of view.Finally,combined with the system stability analysis,the development trend of rail corrugation was characterized from the macro perspective.The results show that,under the condition of no corrugation,there is no stick-slip process in the wheel-rail contact,and so rail corrugation will not be formed;under the corrugation condition,the wheel-rail contact has a slight stick-slip motion,which further promotes the initial corrugation to continue to develop.For the fixed node in the contact area on the rail surface,the maximum stress and strain of the section where it is located will gradually transfer from the sub-surface to the surface with the wheel running.Since the damage prone position of the section is closely related to the maximum stress and strain,the damage prone position will also first form on the sub-surface and gradually transfer to the surface.It is shown that from the micro point of view the formation of wave crest/trough in the corrugation section is a bottom-up process of damage accumulation.After a single operation of the wheel,the uneven relative slip occurs in the corrugation area,further indicating that the initial corrugation is still in the process of development.The corresponding frequency of unstable vibration modes of wheel-rail system is close to the passing frequency of measured corrugation,demonstrating that the initial corrugation will tend to intensify with the wheel running.关键词
