职业教育现场工程师培养的现实困厄与发展路径
Realistic Dilemma and Development Paths of Field Engineer Training in Vocational Education

Abstract
In the talent training system of vocational education in China,the training of field engineers in vocational education is in a growing stage,and the training of field engineers in vocational education cannot be separated from theoretical guidance and practical tests.Based on the general system theory,the study deeply explains the four principles that should be followed in the training of field engineers in vocational education,such as integrity,relevance,dynamics and objectivity.On this basis,it systematically analyzes the practical difficulties existing in the training of field engineers in vocational education,which are mainly manifested in the lack of integrity and the urgent need to optimize the top-level design;limited correlation and poor cooperation between schools and enterprises;dynamic obstruction and low level of openness;vague objectives and unclear training standards.Therefore,the development paths of continuously optimizing the top-level design of field engineer training,continuously strengthening the cooperation among training subjects,accelerating the opening level of on-site engineer training and accelerating the landing of on-site engineer training standards are further put forward.关键词
