职业教育现场工程师培养的生成逻辑、现实困境与推进路径
Endogenous Logic,Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Paths of Field Engineer Training in Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
From the perspectives of policy logic,industrial logic,practical logic and educational logic,field engineer training in vocational education is a manifestation of the implementation of relevant national policy requirements,a new attempt to innovate the talent training model of combining engineering and learning,and an important strategic measure to further optimize the talent supply structure and accelerate the cultivation of more high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,there are many difficulties in the training of field engineers in vocational education:incomplete top-level design,insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,weak strength of the"dual-qualified"teaching team,relatively lagging teaching reform and incomplete evaluation system.The promotion paths for field engineer training in vocational education are to strengthen top-level design,build a new ecosystem of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the overall level of"dual-qualified"teachers,deepen teaching and curriculum reform,and improve the quality evaluation system.关键词
