Construction and Practice Strategy of"Internal and External Double Helix"Talent Cultivation Mode in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Chinese Modernization

Abstract
Under the background of accelerating the construction of Chinese modernization,innovating the talent cultivation mode of vocational education is a new historical mission for the reform and development of vocational education given by the times.With the fundamental task of promoting moral education,the fundamental purpose of promoting economic growth,and the logic of comprehensive development of human beings as the main line,the government,enterprises and schools should work together to build an"external helix"chain in which the policy chain,education chain and industrial chain penetrate each other and integrate.Based on the principle of"literacy-based","curriculum-based"and"teaching-based",the"internal helix"chain of talent cultivation is constructed,which finally forms the"internal and external double helix"talent cultivation model of vocational colleges.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the government,improve the mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education,and strengthen the construction of professional resource base to ensure that the"internal and external double helix"talent cultivation model of vocational colleges will be effective in practice.关键词
