高职院校现代产业学院建设:价值、困境与改革路径
Value,Dilemma and Reform Paths of Modern Industrial College Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Building modern industrial college is an inevitable requirement for building a skilled society,an urgent need to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and an important driving force for achieving high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.Affected by various factors such as macro and micro,the construction of modem industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges faces difficulties in the"deep"integration of industry and education,the"diverse"main sports personnel,effective"collaborative"governan ce,and the"removal"of institutional obstacles.The paths for the construction of modem industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of"mixing","mutual integration"and"symbiosis"are proposed:clarifying the functions and responsibilities of the main body construction,establishing the legal status of modem industrial colleges,establishing a multi-body co-construction,co-management and co-governance mechanism,strengthening the integrated construction of"engineering,learning,research,innovation and service",and actively carrying out exploration and negotiation of collaborative education between schools and enterprises to jointly establish risk-sharing agreements.关键词
