产教融合背景下职业院校"双螺旋"人才培养模式构建与实践路径
Construction of the"Double Helix"Talent Training Model in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry-education Integration
摘要
Abstract
The industry-education integration is the fundamental requirement and effective way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who adapt to industrial transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development.Taking deepening industry-education integration as the starting point,based on the"double helix"theory,adhering to the logic of industry,teaching,policy and practice,we have constructed a"double helix"talent training model for higher vocational colleges.The practical paths are:schools and enterprises jointly conduct job demand research,jointly develop talent training plans,jointly open course textbooks,jointly carry out enrollment and selection,jointly build a faculty,jointly build a practical teaching system,jointly strengthen internship management and jointly carry out quality evaluation.关键词
