多重制度逻辑视角下高职院校中外合作办学多样性分析
Analysis on the Diversity of Sino-foreign Cooperation Education Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Multiple Institutional Logic

Abstract
As one of the diversified forms of education,Sino-foreign cooperation education is an important way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate international high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,the cooperative education of higher vocational colleges in China is influenced by the triple logic of the government,higher vocational colleges and primary-level staff,showing a diversified development trend.In order to analyze the interaction mechanism among them,a multi-case study is carried out with the Sino-foreign cooperative education in three higher vocational colleges as the research object.The study found that the Sino-foreign cooperative education system at the national macro level arrangement,the institutional formation and reshaping at the meso-level of higher vocational colleges,and the action orientation of primary-level workers at the micro level,the three institutional logics work together on Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges.When faced with different tasks in different periods,they interact and restrict each other,and the multiple institutional logic makes the best use of the situation,and finally realizes the diversity of Sino-foreign cooperative education that meets the needs of different majors,different levels and different regions.关键词
