国际职业技术教育教师培训发展趋势及其对我国的启示
Development Trends of Teacher Training in International Vocational and Technical Education and Its Enlightenments to China
摘要
Abstract
Optimizing and improving the teacher training system for vocational and technical education is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of the vocational and technical education teaching force and is conducive to further improving the quality of vocational and technical education teaching.Eight trends in international vocational and technical education teacher training have been identified through a thorough examination of a global survey undertaken by UNESCO-UNEVOC.Drawing on the present global development trend,China can support the optimization and enhancement of the teacher preparation program for vocational and technical education from the following five perspectives:development project based on requirements assessment,emphasizing the significant role of the private sector,emphasizing thorough ability development for instructors,building appropriate supporting support mechanisms enhance the enterprise practice training of instructors.关键词
