Industrial Industry-education Integration Community:Basic Functions,Institutional Design and Promotion Strategies

Abstract
The construction of industrial industry-education integration communities is a new organizational system for integrating industry and education,as well as a strategic,comprehensive and foundational institutional design for the modernization of vocational education in China.Through policy text analysis and summarizing experiences from vocational education reforms,this article clarifies the core functions,management functions and service functions that industrial industry-education integration communities should possess.Based on the perspective of complex adaptive systems theory,with the aim of enhancing the openness,dynamism,connectivity and non-linearity of the organizational system,this article suggests the mechanisms for the establishment,driving force,collaboration,cohesion,and development of industrial industry-education integration communities.The strategies for promoting the construction of industrial industry-education integration communities are:realize dislocation development with city-level industry-education community,transform vocational education groups,enhance the professional development of industrial industry-education community,and advance the modernization of vocational education view.关键词
