行业产教融合共同体视域下的责任共同体构建
Construction of Responsibility Community from the Perspective of Industrial Industry-education Integration Community
摘要
Abstract
The industrial industry-education integration community carries the heavy task of deepening the reform of vocational education,it provides new measures for industry-education integration in vocational education,and new ideas for the research and practice of the responsibility system in the field of industry and education.Responsibility community have a symbiotic logic,which plays an important role in the construction and maintenance of community.As a new thing,industry-education integration responsibility community has the connotation of"the combination of supply and demand,the gathering of resources,the training of talents,the tackling of key problems in technology and teaching reform",and show distinctive characteristics of sound mechanism,multi-input,model diversity and problem-oriented.However,in practice,the implementation of the work needs to be strengthened,and the characteristics are not fully reflected.It is necessary to focus on community responsibility,move leading enterprises to take responsibility actively,give an equal voice,deal with the risk of alienation of the subjects,and seek the harmonious coexistence of the subject's growth and the community construction.关键词
