摘要

Abstract

The industry-education integration community can effectively promote the coordination of government,administration,enterprise and school,and deepen the reform,innovation,and development of vocational education.Building the industry-education integration community is an inherent need to enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education,an objective requirement to build a modem higher vocational education system,a fundamental way to run a satisfactory vocational education for the people,and an important carrier for implementing the science-education integration in higher vocational education.In response to the current obstacles faced by the main factors,imperfect operational mechanisms,lagging governance systems,and difficulties in integrating organizational culture in building the industry-education integration community,the construction paths were proposed:strengthen the construction of the main body and promote the participation of the community in the same direction;emphasize mechanism construction and explore the establishment of a long-term operational mechanism for sustainable development in the community;optimize the community ecology and jointly build an effective governance system for the community with multiple entities;strengthen cultural construction and build an inclusive and open community organizational culture.
