摘要
Abstract
The new technological revolution highlights the importance of innovative technicians.Top-notch innovative technicians and skilled professionals are talents who can advance new technology development.However,cultivating a large number of top-notch innovative technicians faces multiple difficulties considering its unique development characteristics,such as unclear cultivation standards,imperfect evaluation systems and ineffective multi-agent collaboration mechanisms.It is necessary to optimize top-notch innovative technicians'education system corresponding to the demand-side for various skilled talents and value of vocational education system reform,including formulating top-notch technicians scheme,establishing comprehensive evaluation indicators system and long-term evaluation mechanism,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and developing multi-agents cultivation mode,developing incentive policies to improve the industrialization development of technology achievements,finally for stimulating the endogenous driving force and technological innovation vitality of the development of technology-skilled innovative talents.关键词
