针刺治疗抑郁症机制的研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanism of Acupuncture Treatment for Depression
摘要
Abstract
During the occurrence and development of depression,the nervous system involves a variety of complex regulatory mechanisms.Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of depression,and its mechanism of action is closely related to monoamine neurotransmitter and their receptors,hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis,inflammatory pathway,oxidative stress,neural plasticity,and melatonin content.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of acupuncture anti-depression mechanism in recent years,and provide a new idea for the treatment of depression.关键词
