Advances in Nasal Mucosa Immunity in Terms of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Warm pathogens enter from mouth and nose,and nasal mucosa is the first part of the host infected by pathogens.When the pathogen invades the upper respiratory tract of the human body from the mouth and nose,the physical defense of the nasal mucosa epithelial cells can play a certain role in defense.In addition,the dendritic cells(DCs)under the nasal mucosa can directly or indirectly capture antigens and start a series of immune responses.Modern studies have found that TCM can enhance the defense barrier of nasal mucosa by up-regulating tight junction protein to improve the tight junction of nasal mucosa epithelial cells,regulate the level of secretory immunoglobulin A(IgA)in nasal mucus,and can regulate TLR,NF-кB and p38-MARK and other signaling pathways down-regulating proinflammatory factors to alleviate infection symptoms.This study reviewed the progress of nasal mucosa immunity from immune response and regulation of TCM.关键词
