Research Progress on TCM Pathogenesis and TCM Intervention Mechanisms of Iron Metabolism
摘要
Abstract
Iron homeostasis plays an important role in maintaining the body's normal growth and development and physiological metabolism.Iron metabolism balance is extremely important.Iron deficiency or iron overload are both harmful,and iron homeostasis disorder can lead to the occurrence and development of many kinds of diseases.TCM has the advantages of multiple targets and multiple pathways,and plays an important role in the regulation of iron metabolism and the treatment of related diseases.This study expounded the absorption,metabolism and regulation related mechanisms of iron metabolism,summarized the distribution of TCM syndrome types under different iron homeostasis disorder,such as iron deficiency and iron overload,and their correlation with syndrome factors.At the same time,it discussed the TCM monomer and compounds on the regulation of iron metabolism,which were expected to provide a reference for the treatment of iron metabolism disorder in different diseases.关键词
