Abstract

In order to clarify the appropriate application amount of biogas slurry in the production of Yantai ground cucumber,and provide a scientific basis for the scientific application of biogas slurry in the production of Yantai ground cucumber,this study conducted a pot experiment to study the effects of different biogas slurry application amount on the growth and yield of Yantai ground cucumber by setting up five different biogas slurry application amount treatments(0,15,30,45,and 60 t/hm2 each time,five times applied during the whole growth period).The results showed that the application of biogas slurry had obvious promotion effect on the plant height and stem diameter of Yantai ground cucumber.With the increase of the application amount of biogas slurry,the plant height and stem diameter of Yantai ground cucumber increased gradually.The appropriate amount of biogas slurry could significantly increase the yield of Yantai ground cucumber.When the application amount of biogas slurry was 30 t/hm2 each time,the cucumber yield was the highest.Based on the comprehensive analysis,it could be determined that the appropriate application amount of biogas slurry for Yantai ground cucumber production was 30 t/hm2 each time.
