凡纳滨对虾细菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Bacteria from Litopenaeus vannamei
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,Litopenaeus vannamei were taken as the research object,11 pathogenic Vibrios,including V.owensii,V.harveyi,V.algi-nolyticus,V.parahaemolyticus,V.neocaledonicus,V.vulnificus,V.campbellii,V.cholerae,V.cholera CTX,V.mimicu and V.fluvialis were isolated and identified by DNA extraction and PCR amplification.According to the detection results of the sample TCBS plate,the repeated occurrence rate of vibrios detected in the sample were counted,analyzing step by step according to the occurrence frequency.V.owens,V.harveyi and V.algino-lyticus with high detection rate were discussed in detail,formulating the corresponding prevention and control strategies according to the specific situation in the breeding process and providing technical support for the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases of L.vannamei.关键词
