2种猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体ELISA检测试剂盒的比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Two Kinds of Antibody ELISA Kit for Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome

Abstract
Two kinds of ELISA Kit for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome antibody were selected to compare the coincidence rate,sensitivity(Dse),specificity(Dsp)and in-batch repeatability(Re),in order to understand the differences of experimental results between do-mestic and imported kits.The results showed that the detection sensitivity(Dse)and detection specificity(Dsp)of Jinnuo kit to 45 clinical samples were 84%and 100%,respectively.The total coincidence rate of the two kinds of kits was 91.11%.The study results provided refer-ences for the selection of laboratory kits for the detection of antibodies to porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.关键词
