Discussion on the Policy of Leisure Agricultural Land Supply in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
Leisure agriculture is an important industry that conforms to the development of Beijing's urban modern agriculture and the needs of citizens'better life.However,the problem of land use has always been a pain point for leisure agriculture operators.By summarizing the characteristics of leisure agricultural land,such as diverse land types,lack of construction planning,tightening of agricultural land protection policy,expansional utilization of forest land and village space,this paper puts forward some problems existing in leisure agricultural land,such as lack of uniform standards in land policy implementation,difficulty in meeting actual needs of land use,lack of industrial land supply,and lack of publicity of land use policies.It also analyzes the experience of Taiwan and Nanjing in land supply policies for leisure agriculture,and puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening industry overall planning,refining land control standards,innovating examination and ap-proval management methods,and increasing policy publicity.关键词
