芪黄健脾滋肾颗粒治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Qihuang Jianpi Zishen Granule in Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qihuang Jianpi Zishen Granule in the treatment of systemic lupus ery-thematosus(SLE)and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 60 SLE patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral admin-istration of prednisone acetate tablets combined with chloroquine bisulfate tablets,and those in the observation group were giv-en oral administration of Qihuang Jianpi Zishen Granule in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treat-ment was 12 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of the changes in lupus quality of life(Lupus-QOL),SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score after treatment,and re-lated laboratory markers were measured before and after treatment,including neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),24-hour u-rinary protein(24hUP),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),complement C3,and complement C4.Results The observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in SLEDAI and TCM symptom score(P＜0.05)and the levels of NLR,24hUP,IgG,IgM,and IgA(P＜0.05),and the observation group had significantly greater reductions than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant increases in the scores of each dimension of Lupus-QOL scale(P＜0.05)and the levels of C3 and C4(P＜0.05),and the observation group had significantly greater increases than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qihuang Jianpi Zishen Granule has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of SLE,with immu-noregulatory and anti-inflammatory effects,and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
