芙蓉膏联合痔瘘洗剂治疗血栓性外痔临床观察
Clinical Effect of Hibiscus Paste Combined with Hemorrhoids-Fistula Lotion in Treatment of Thrombosed External Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation-washing therapy with hemorrhoids-fistula lotion combined with hibiscus paste in the treatment of thrombosed external hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 40 patients with thrombosed ex-ternal hemorrhoids were divided into combination group and Gangtai group,with 20 patients in each group.The patients in the combination group were treated with fumigation-washing therapy with hemorrhoids-fistula lotion combined with hibiscus paste,and those in the Gangtai group were treated with external application of Gangtai ointment.The two groups were observed in terms of the scores of anal pain,anal edema,and thrombus color on days 3,5,and 7 of treatment,and clinical outcome was observed after 7 days of treatment.Results The Gangtai group had significant reductions in the scores of anal pain,anal ede-ma,and thrombus color on days 5 and 7 of treatment,while the combination group had significant reductions in these scores on days 3,5,and 7 of treatment(P＜0.05);on days 3,5,and 7 of treatment,the combination group had significantly lower scores of the three symptoms than the Gangtai group(P＜0.05).The combination group had a significantly better clinical out-come than the Gangtai group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with thrombosed external hemorrhoids,fumigation-washing therapy with hemorrhoids-fistula lotion combined with hibiscus paste can alleviate anal pain and promote the absorption of anal thrombus.关键词
