通督调任灸法联合任务导向性训练治疗脑卒中上肢偏瘫疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Tongdu Tiaoren Moxibustion Combined with Task-oriented Training on Upper Limb Hemiplegia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Tongdu Tiaoren moxibustion combined with task-oriented training on upper limb function and quality of life in patients with stroke.Methods Sixty stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given task-oriented training,while the study group was given Tongdu Tiaoren moxibustion in addition to the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity(FMA-UE),Wolf motor function test(WMFT),and modified Barthel index(MBI)were used to evaluate the upper limb function and quality of life before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Both groups showed significant increases in the FMA-UE,WMFT,and MBI scores after treatment(P＜0.05),but the study group had significantly greater increases(P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy was significantly better in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoren moxibustion combined with task-oriented training is effective in improving upper limb function and quality of life in patients with stroke.关键词
