RDW、LDH、α-HBDH联合应用对肺纤维化患者的诊断价值
Diagnostic significance of combination of RDW,LDH and α-HBDH in pulmonary fibrosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the combination of red blood cell distribution width(RDW),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and alpha-Hydroxybutyrate-dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)in pulmonary fibrosis.Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with pulmonary fibrosis were selected as the fibrosis group,177 senile patients with pneumonia as the senile pneumonia group,and 61 healthy people as the control group.The levels of RDW,LDH and α-HBDH in the blood of the three groups were detected.The diagnostic value of RDW,LDH and α-HBDH in pulmonary fibrosis was analyzed by the Kruskal-Wsllis nonparametric test.Results The levels of RDW,LDH and α-HBDH in the blood of patients with pulmonary fi-brosis were significantly higher than those of senile patients with pneumonia and healthy persons(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistical differences about RDW,LDH and α-HBDH among the first ad-mission of patients with pulmonary fibrosis,the second admission of patients with pulmonary fibrosis and the health people,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.832 for the combination of RDW,LDH and α-HBDH in the diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis,which was higher than each index detected separately 0.76,0.695 and 0.753.Conclusion RDW,LDH and α-HBDH have certain diagnostic value in pulmonary fibrosis,and the com-bined use of the three indexes can make the diagnosis more accurate.关键词
