积雪苷霜联合负压封闭引流术在深度烧伤患者创面修复中的应用
Effect of asiaticoside cream combined with vacuum sealing drainage regimen in wound repair of patients with deep burns
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of asiaticoside cream combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in wound repair of patients with deep burns.Methods 90 patients with deep burns who underwent skin were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with VSD,and the patients in the observation group were treated with asiaticoside cream on the basis of the control group.Skin graft survival rate,bacterial culture positive rate,wound healing rate,incidence of complications,and inflammatory factors,pain mediators,quality of life before and after treatment.Results The hospitalization day,and wound healing time in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The positive rate of bacterial culture in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the survival rate of the first skin grafting and the wound healing rate were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).1 week after dressing change treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP inflamma-tory factors and NPY,5-HT,PGE2 pain mediators in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.01).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,vi-tality,overall health,physical pain,emotional function,social function,and mental health and quality of life of the two groups when discharged were higher compared with baseline(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05or＜0.01).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67％,and the total incidence of complications in the control group was 22.22％.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Asiaticoside cream combined with VSD program can effectively promote wound healing in deep burn patients,reduce inflammatory response and pain,and improve quality of life,with fewer complications,and significant effect.关键词
